Stamp With Us Challenge

Over on the Stamp With Us blog they have a colour challenge and just look at this fabby pic they have for inspiration.

How gorgeous are these!

I have actually managed to make two cards for this challenge, all or nothing....lol (just got carried away really) I just love this SAB set, I could sit all day and play with it (I wish).

Both of my cards are made using the Happy Moments SAB set, they really are worth getting for FREE, so if you fancy earning yourself a set or hosting a Stampin'Up! workshop just drop me an email.

Commissioned....

This is a card I was asked to make by a lady in my hubby's office for a 50th birthday with a Barbados theme (the recipient is going there for her hol's). I have cheated a bit I'm afraid, I found this image in my Greeting Card Factory software but needs must and I am quite pleased with it.

and this is another one for the same birthday but requested by a different lady.

Thanks for looking, I really appreciate all your comments:)

First Class Success!

Well at least I think it was, my first class that is. It finally arrived and I have to admit I was feeling quite nervous about it, wondering if I would remember everything, set everything out properly, have enough tables, all the usual worries but alas it was fab and it went really well. I only had my definite 8 ladies turn up though, no extra's, so next time more advertising further a field but all of my ladies were more than eager to know when the next class would be, so that was music to my ears:) I must confess though amongst all the panic and late nights preparing, I forgot to take the camera, so no pics I'm afraid but this is a photo of what we did make.

Well I'm off to bed now, need to catch up on all that lost sleep.

Am I Too Early......

...for a Christmas card? Only joking .....lol, just forgot to post these at the time and thought, since I made them I might as well show them. A bunch of Christmas cards I whipped up for the neighbours, I just love this medallion stamp it suits every occasion. I actually made these in three colours, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip and these in Brilliant Blue but only took pics of the blue one's.

Right off to tidy up and then start preparing for my first class on Sunday, wish me luck!

Girly craft night

Had a fab night last night with two lovely friends I've made through Stampin'Up and blogland,Nicci and Keren, we are so fortunate to live within a few miles of each other and it really makes a difference when you can meet up with other demo's to chat and share ideas - I'm so happy I found you girls:) We have all signed up to help out at the Aintree show here in Liverpool, which takes place in April, so fingers crossed some of you might see us on the Stampin'Up! demo table:)

Any way enough rambling, these are the projects we actually managed to make at Keren's house amidst all the chatter....lol!

This one was Keren's creation using the animal SU papers (can't remember what they're called....lol)

Nicci showed us how to make this ever so cute little gift pouch using SU Carousel Notes.

and finally mine, using those ever faithful SAB sets.

Wow I think this must be my longest post ever....lol. Thanks for taking the time to stop by:)

Big hugs

Sale-a-bration.....

Just a few cards I made using the SAB sets, I wasn't fussed at first but now I absolutely love them!
I just wish they didn't stop at the end of the month, I really think people would buy them all of the time. (Such a shame). The pink card was inspired by Victoria and the bird cage was inspired by Monica, thank you ladies.
