A Spoon full of Sugar Challenge

Wow I'm doing well this week two cards made - yippee!, may be it's the sign of things to come...lol.
It seems to be all or nothing, is it just me or has anyone else found it difficult to find time lately, I don't know whats happening! Anyway I have this "sweet" little card I managed to make for the spoon full of sugar challenge which this week is "Swirls", the stamp is "My Favourite Things" coloured with copics and the paper is from Craftwork Cards, just off to finish some invitations now.

Winter Wonderland Challenge

This is going to be my quickest post ever, just on my way out to a 50th birthday but wanted to try and get this challenge done first. The theme this week at Winter Wonderland is Santa, so this is my very quick entry and I hope it's in time.

Update on "Posting Comments!"

I don't know what or why it's happened, but it seems I can only leave a comment on a blog that has its "Comment Form Placement" on full page as opposed to embedded under post! Which sounds confussing but is quite simple really, it means when you set up your blog, under settings on your dashboard you select comments and scroll down to "Comment Form Placement" and make your selection, I actually had my blog set to show comments under my posting, but have now changed it to full page, if you click on comments below this post you will see what I mean. So I appologize to those people who think I am ignoring them but can only now leave comments on blogs set up as mine is now! (its so frustrating!!)

Thanks for visiting, I do so appreciate it.

Template Challenge!

I'm doing well today, my second post, it's all or nothing. I just couldn't wait to show you this little project I made, I'm so pleased with it. Over at A Passion for Papertrey they have a great challenge this week using templates, not just any template though, a Lauren Meader - Timeless Template which you can download for $5 from papertreyink.com she has some fabulous templates and wonderful ideas too. I decided to go with the picnic basket which actually comes in two sizes and yes you get both of them along with great "picture" instructions and ideas for decorating, they really are well worth the money. I have made this one for my eldest sons teaching assistant and filled it with yummy chocolates!

Double Challenge - Christmas Cracker!

I'm doing well today this is my second post for a challenge, all or nothing..lol. This is my entry for the Winter Wonderland blog challenge which is, Christmas Crackers, it doesn't have to actually be a cracker it could be a card or anything to do with a Christmas Cracker! I am also entering this project into the Die cut Dreams Challenge as the theme this week is "Anything but a Card" and I thought this would go quite well!

So Busy!...

I just can't believe were the time is going, July already it doesn't bare thinking about, (Christmas!!).
I haven't even been able to find the time to blog, let alone make any cards, home life is just so busy at the moment and I fear I am becoming one of those "Bad Bloggers!" (eek!). Hopefully when the boys break up from school I might get a little more time, my eldest son Benjamin has just got his year 6 sats results and did really well with three 5's, so we are all extremely delighted and they both had glowing reports which is really nice too, which means I need to get cracking with gifts for the teachers and teaching assistants. The weather here is now in Monsoon season, I'm almost sure!..lol, but I'm not complaining because it was a bit too hot for me, so hopefully it will clear the air, anyway shall go and see if I can make a card - have an hour or two to spare before school run.

Take care
